Beetroot(medium) - 2 nos
Garlic pods - 4 nos
Green chilly - 3 or 4 nos
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Salt
Cut beetroot into fine cubes.Add chopped garlic and green chillies.
Add vinegar and salt.Store in a jar.
Serve with Chappathi or poori after one day
This pickle can be made with carrots also.
