Eggnog Smoothie


Ingredients:
2 cups eggnog
1 banana
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup of 2% milk
2 cups of ice
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon

Blend until the banana is part of creamy texture.Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Store refrigerated. When ready to serve, pour in a coffee glass or mug for each serving.sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon.
this is eggnog smoothie is delicious!

Carrot Juice


Ingredients
2 Medium size(5 inches) Carrots
4 table spoons of lime
5 table spoons of Sugar

Slice off top part of the carrot (section where leaves fit in - it tastes bad)
Cut the carrots into pieces & put them to blender jug.Add lime
Add sugar and one glass of water
Blend until you see carrot pieces no more
Add two more glasses, blend for some more time & serve
Note.
If you do not like the taste of Carrot, add more lime.

Pineapple Souffle


Ingredients

Sliced Pineapple tin - 1
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Gelatin - 25 gms
Cream - 1 cup

Method:

Mix gelatin with warm water, to this add sugar and pineapple syrup, mix well and set it in the fridge. When it sets nicely beat the mixture in electric beater.
Cut pineapple into small pieces, add the above mixture and cream and chill it.
Decorate with nuts and serve.

Avacado Mango Smoothie

Avocado is rich in magnesium that reduces risk of excess belly fat, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar.

The greater use of whole fruit has important advantages: usefulness in human weight control, high nutritional density, source of major antioxidants, stroke prevention, fruit protein source, fiber source; as baby food, and other dietary benefits. Erroneous public perceptions of avocado calorie content and of cancer influences are noted.


Many people appreciate the delicious flavor of avocado, the avocado can be a helpful part of a successful weight-management program. It brings several advantages.


Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups fat free or low fat milk
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla bean low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon agave syrup (or simple syrup)
1 cup (more or less as needed) ice cubes

Remove flesh from avocado, cut into coarse chunks, place into blender along with mango, milk, yogurt, mint, lime juice and zest, agave syrup and ice cubes. Process until smooth. Pour smoothie into tall glasses and serve.

Avocado Juice


Ingredients:
1 medium avocado
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk

Remove skin and pit from avocado. Place in blender with sugar and milk. Mix until thoroughly blended. Pour in a glass and drink. Enjoy!

Cold Coffee


Ingredients

1 cup milk
3 tbsp. instant coffee
1\2 cup chocolate ice cream
few cherries or strawberries

Combine milk and instant coffee beverage mix in blender, blend until dissolved.
Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
Garnish with grated chocolate and cherries or strawberries

Chocolate Malted Milk Shake


INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup malt powder
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 lg. scoops chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup cold milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender or milk shake machine. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into a tall glass.

Mango Milk Shake


Ingredients

1cup fresh or frozen mango pulp, chilled
1\2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups milk, chilled
3 cups vanilla ice cream

Place mango pulp, vanilla extract and 1 cup milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Add vanilla ice cream, with the motor running, add remaining milk and blend, until it is thoroughly mixed.
Pour the shake into the glasses with a straw. Serve immediately.

Note: Fresh mangoes may not be available in winter. You can always store Mango pulp during the season. These days super markets also sell frozen mango pulp.

Vanilla Milk Shake


Ingredients

1 cup milk , chilled
21\2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. vanilla essence

This drink must be prepared right at the time of serving. Few hours before preparing the drink, put the empty glasses in the freezer. This will give them this frosty look, people would love !
Place the vanilla ice cream and extract into a blender. With the motor running, add the milk, until it is thoroughly mixed.
Get the glasses from the freezer, put them on the serving tray. Pour the shake into the glasses with a straw. Garnish with grated chocolate and maraschino cherries. if desired. Serve immediately.

jello parfaits


3 boxes of Jello(gelatin)
3 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Make It!
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cold water and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 3/4 cup of the gelatin Refrigerate 20 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Once refrigerated Jello is set,
Add slightly softened vanilla ice cream to reserved 1 cup of Jello, mix well.
Alternately layer Jello & Jello/ice cream mixture in small cups or parfait glasses.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store leftover parfaits in fridge.

Watermelon smoothies


ingredients

Cubed watermelons about 1 cup - frozen it
120ml milk
1 cup yogurt plain.
2tbs brown sugar

Combine all and blend until smooth.pour into glass. then cubed some fresh watermelon for garnishing.

Mango Smoothies


ingredients

1 mango (cubed)
1 small cup of skimmed milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
ice cubes (if desired)

To make this tasty smoothie drink place the mango, honey and sugar in the blender, then pour in the milk and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and process until smooth.then pour in to class. Serve and enjoy.Don't forget to top with some Mango cubes for that extra bite.

Carrot Smoothie


ingredients

1 cup frozen yogurt
1/2 cup finely grated carrots
1/2 cup cold carrot juice
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch salt

Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth. Using freshly juiced carrot juice is recommended.

Carrots are loaded with Vitamin A which is essential for healthy skin, hair, eyes and bones.

Mango Souffle



ingredients

Mango - 400 gm
Gelatin - 3 tsp
Egg white from 2 eggs
Whip cream - 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Mango essence - 1 tsp
Yellow colour - 2 drops

Blend well the mango and sugar to form a thick paste.Double boil the gelatin in 1/4 cup water.Add this to the above paste and keep in freezer for 10 Min's or until it is set.Add whip cream and blend well.Beat the egg white and add.Mix slowly using a spoon.Add essence and yellow colour.Keep this in freezer for 1/2 hour.
Garnish with mango slices and cream.

Falooda


Ingredients:

• 2 Cups milk
• 1 Packet falooda sev
• 2 tsp Rose water
• 1/2 tsp Soaked tukmuri seeds


method
• Boil the sev in water for 20 minutes.
• Drain the excess water.
• Boil it in little milk over medium heat for 15 minutes.
• Add ice to cool the boiled sev.
• Put the sev in glasses.
• Add rose water.
• Also add soaked tukmuri seeds.
• Pour in milk and add ice.
• Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
• Falooda is ready.

Avocado milk shake


Ingredients
2cups milk
1Avocado halved and peeled
2-3 tbs sugar

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender/juicer nicely.
Make it thick or thin by adjusting the milk.

Eid Festival Special

Mango lasi


Yogurt ——– 1 1/4 cups
Lemon juice ——– 1/2 tsp
Fresh mango pulp ——– 1/2 cup
Cold water ——– 1/3 cup
Sugar
Ice cubes

Method:
Peel the mango and remove flesh from pit and cut into small pieces.
In a blender, add yogurt, lemon juice, mango pulp. water, and sugar.
Blend approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until you see a little forming in the mixture.
Add the ice and blend until frothy.
