Bittergourd Chips
Ingredients:
1 bitter gourd, peeled and sliced
3 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Method:
Sprinkle salt over the sliced bitter gourd and let it sit for 2 hours.
Drain the slices and discard the liquid
Deep fry in medium heat, drain, cool and serve.
